Royal Mail Delivery

We offer free standard UK mainland delivery on all our items, this is by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Courier Delivery for larger items.

If you would like your order quicker we offer upgraded postage options at the checkout.

Most items will arrive within 3 – 5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days during really busy periods.

Some packages may be too large to fit through a letterbox. Somebody will therefore need to be present at the delivery address to take delivery of the order.

If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection.

Courier Delivery (Monday-Friday)

Heavy, high value and express delivery orders may be delivered by a courier and may need to be signed for by an adult.

If delivery is attempted by a courier and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package may be returned to the depot to await collection or redelivery instructions. A second attempt at delivery may be made and a card left if necessary.
